Dec. 21st, 2005 07:03 pmI tried to stay up and watch the season finale of Nip/Tuck last night, but was just too tired to stay up for most of the last hour, so I don't know who The Carver is yet. ( Read more... )
Meanwhile, I'm determined to read 50 books by the end of the year, or get damned close. The only way I can possibly do it is to read only young adult books for the next couple of weeks, combined with slacking off on clearing out content on the Tivo. Armed with printouts on award-winning AY books, and with the help of the YA librarian, I've checked out 9 YA books. I started The City of Ember at lunch today.
The Kite Runner continues to enchant me on books on tape. The author is The Perfect narrator to his material.
