1. Do you watch sports? If so, which ones?
No. I'll watch parts of the Olympics.
2. What/who are your favorite sports teams and/or favorite athletes?
None.
3. Are there any sports you hate?
Sports don't interest me for the most part.
4. Have you ever been to a sports event?
A few. Our office goes to one baseball game a year, so I've been to a few A's and Giants' games. I've been in racewalking competitions & 5K fun walks.
5. Do/did you play any sports (in school or other)? How long did you play?
Title IX didn't exist when I was middle & high school, and the only girls' sport in high school was basketball, which didn't interest me (still doesn't). I would have swum competitively, had a year-round pool and more girls' sports existed. The things I did were non-competitive: skiing, hiking, backpacking, camping, horseback riding, bike riding, ballet, yoga, swimming in the summer. (shrug) It was rural PA. As an adult, I was on the office softball team one fall and it was loads of fun - I'd never played the game before then. I used to competitively racewalk, and I've picked up scuba diving and kayaking as fun occasional sports.
