javacatMy house and yard are looking kind of good, for me. I finally kicked into gear last Saturday. There's so much more to do, but making a dent feels good. I have appts. with 2 contractors this weekend for bids and have been getting emails and calls about the room. [I need to cycle back to the refi; did rates go back up?] It would be nice to not have a roommate for awhile. I'm enjoying having Susan and her DH stay over!
There's one guy who spends 3-7 days a month in Chicago with his girlfriend, we have mutual business acquaintences & are in the same biz, kind of, and even though I tried to make him not want to live with me, was funny, nice and still interested. I've never had a male roommate, only female. Is it possible to have a good situation with a male roommate in a 2 BR 1 BA bungalow?
