Nancy's Cottage Cheese

This is an enthusiastic product endorsement. I haven't had cottage cheese in years, but picked up some Nancy's organic lowfat cc at Whole Foods last week. It's unlike any other bland cottage cheese I've ever had: it has a tang  that is heavenly - it's in the same spectrum as sour cream, but slightly different, and completely delish.
