According to the USGS, that was just a 3.4 quake on the Hayward fault, epicenter 2 miles ESE of Berkeley. My co-workers think it was under our building.

3.4  2007/02/23 15:46:15 37.865N 122.241W 11.5    3 km ( 2 mi) ESE of Berkeley, CA

I called it as a 3.6 or a 3.7, and I've been wrong consistently here at the new spot in the building.  I need to subtract .3 or .4 from my first guess, and will eventually achieve a more accurate Richter scale guess, given enough tremors to practice.
I'm in love with Six Feet Under; I'm capturing it Sat. mornings on regular cable  and devouring it at the first opportunity. Love love love it. Love the actors, love the writing, love the story lines.  OMG, Rainn Wilson!  Lili Taylor!  David C. Hall is So. Good, as is Lauren ... well, they all are.

Tim Goodman had a rant about not understanding how anyone could watch SFU on edited TV. Well, since Im not 100% sure what I'm missing, all I can say is, excellent show, I'm thrilled to be able to watch it. They've looped & replaced most of the swear words, but I don't  mind. I watched some of Season 1 at my sister's house and really, so much swearing made me flinch & miss what's going on.  If I want to figure out the swear words, I can, but the substitute words are fine.

As for sex, it shows sex starting, then cuts away.  Should it have/show as much sex as, say, Sex in the City?  SitC, I saw  on DVD, and true, I can't imagine seeing that with all the sex edited out.
