I'm so bored. I want to leave early but I can't, at least, not yet. I'm
meeting a friend at a Mary Oliver reading tonight - yay! Now to get
home afterwards in time to also watch Lost, since my Tivo is devoted to
V. Mars in that time slot.
The paperwork arrived last night re my tree lawsuit: it's de novo, has been assigned to a different Commissioner, & the prior order vacated. I'm unclear on whether because it's de novo,
if I can or can't use the vacated opinion to prove one specific
factual issue. Meanwhile, I've let my expert know she might be
needed again. She waived her fee for her conversation with the first
Comm'r. but I don't expect her to do it again.
The surveyor gets around my project every week or so. I've got to pick
up the jackhammer on Thursday for him. I don't know how much longer
he's going to take; I'll have to ask him. It'll be so nice to know
where the property lines are, finally.
