Lost

Last year, I printed out a few articles about Lost and encouraged my 89-year old mother to watch it. She's hooked. She LOVES the show, and persuaded all her friends at her retirement complex to watch the re-runs this summer. I phoned her last night to see if she had the new Vanity Fair (because I'm dying to read the Jennifer Aniston interview and hey, reuse/recycling? A Good Thing) and before I could ask her to turn her TV down so I could hear her, she said, wait, wait! there's something on about Lost!! it was some sort of trailer on some entertainment show. She was very excited. Can't wait for the new season.

He he. I love it. And may it help keep her young at heart.

Spin the ... jewelry?

I was looking at Converse sneakers at Zappo's and got curious about custom colors for sneakers. I clicked this way: http://www.hiphopcapital.com/index.htm I love jewelry, so had to look around. I like a couple of watches alot, the red Geneva bubble watch and the 5-time zone watch.

What's with the emphasis on spinning jewelry? It seems to be a big deal. I'm baffled. Anyone?
