So my former-now current roommate who said she was moving out? Now doesn't want to move out. I'm okay with this. I had only a few nibbles from my craigslist posting over Labor Day. In the current market, I think my pricing was a little high anyway, so I'm even lowering the rent. It's worth it to have someone who I get along with.

Honestly, long term? I'd love to sell my house and buy something bigger & with a better floor plan with her or any one of the other cool single self-supporting women I know. Teamwork. Support networking. Get 3 or 4 of us to agree and we could buy an estate, no joke.
