For the heck of it, I Googled a few names, and a few turned up listed as investors at a website re former Scn'tologist Reed Slat kin fraud conviction for Ponzi scheme (involving Earth link). http://www.slatkinfraud.com/invest_1.shtml
It's an interesting document to browse. I could add some details, hmm. Here's a list of the "Top 75" investors. It's a Who's Who for prominent Scnt'gsts, as is the investors link, but then there are people mixed in who have nothing to do with Scn. but got mixed up in the investment scheme, like Peter Coyote.
