I have a hunch about who is Claire's father. 

I think it's going to be Mr. Bennet, that's he's both her adopted and real father.  He could have a  power we haven't seen used yet for some good reason we don't know yet. He's seemed powerless because he's been flanked by the Haitian and Eden, but perhaps he hasn't unleashed what he can do.  Even if he doesn't have a power, if it's him, he'd obviously have been involved in ~whatever's going on~ starting with his association with Claire's biomom (who I keep thinking of as Gina from Nip/Tuck). More remotely,  he could have damping/blocking powers like the the Haitian's, even though only the Haitian can memory-wipe. He has been in nearly every scene with the Haitian. I think Matt in the bar (1:03) is the only one where they aren't together, pre-Fallout? Then, in 1:04, Collision, HRG gave such a strong direct to Matt about the Haitian's powers, it could, maybe, be one heck of a misdirect.
