It's Spam My LJ Day!

Yes, today is Spam My LJ Day here at Chez Java Cat. I blame sugar, which I like in its many tasty variations. Coworker L in my current/old section brought in a chocolate cream pie for an after-lunch treat. How could I say no to such creamy goodness? THEN, not long after, I attended my first-ever section meeting in my new section, which turned out to be a purely social event at which we played a get-to-know-each-other game. Er, well, okay; those can be interesting. It was accompanied by baklava and the densest, most delicious chocolate layer cake I have had since one of the Mare Nostrum buffets in Cabo San Lucas the last time I was there. YUM. So anyway, sugar rush rush rush.
