My new obsession with Thai iced tea led to the brewing of 8 cups of it last night, the bringing of half a Nalgene bottle to work, and the consumption of 3 latte glasses of it this morning. That plus chocolate birthday cake at work means I'd be able to sleep, oh, by Wed. next if left unmedicated. Thank dog for an emergency supply of Ambien for tonight.

My newish cube has floor to ceiling windows facing west. At this time of day, there are lovely sunsets behind Jack London Square.  I'm lucky in having a house that faces east, so I get a warming sun first thing every day, and a work window facing west with these gorgeous sunsets. It's the best of all possible worlds sunrise/sunset-wise.

My cells are vibrating. I can feel them. Who knew Thai iced tea was such a cheap high? It's been a useless day at work, or rather I've been completely useless, which means I shall have to come to work this weekend, cuz, stacks o' stuff want doing.  There's some monkey crack coming up in about 45 minutes, but I can't wait that long.

This is 2 months 2 late (original airing 11/11/06), but SNL with Alex Baldwin and Christina Aguilera ROCKS. It's funny, it's good every minute from start to end, which shocked me.  It's well worth catching on repeats.
