Bad things about a house built in the 1940's:
Things breaking that haven't already been replaced. Did they have forced air heating in the 1940's? I think they did. The furnace broke yesterday. The pilot light keeps going out. Brr. It was 59 degrees inside this AM. PGE is coming tomorrow. Why oh why can't they pinpoint it better than 8-12 or 1-5? My fingers are crossed that I don't have to replace the whole thing.
Work is crazy busy, drat. But, 4-day weekend!
