4 day weekend at home

This is the first time in I-don't-know-how-long that I've had a 4-day weekend at home, with Friday taken as a paid vacation day, staying at home and getting stuff done. (I usually travel.) It was *fabulous.* I worked through a 2-page to-do list, with time allowed to seque into other stuff as it came up, plus lattes then a later lunch with BW, lunch with JT, a movie one night and birthday dinner another with my Mom (her 89th b'day is today!), a 3.5 hour CERT class at the fire station, and dinner at D&S's. By Sunday, I was pooped, slept until 11:30, went to bed early, and was up again at 5:30 this AM to tackle more paperwork. There's just a half-page to-do list left that I copied over this AM.

I'm definitely going to use vacation time to stay at home and get stuff done again.
