Oh great, this happened not far away from where I park. Time to make more of an effort to move my car before dark, since I use the late flex: late in/late out option.
Weekend update: Stinson beach house still charming and lovely. Walking to the end of the beach and back still takes ~1.5-2 hours. Getting up at 5:30 AM to finish the rest of "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night time" and walk on the beach (and attempt to rescue a crab stranded by the tide going out) before driving to work = marvelous. I'm in first aid and CPR all day. In 1989, the day of the Loma Prieta 'quake, I was in first aid and CPR all day, and accidently saved my boss' life by running into him in the stairwell as I was going up and he was trying to leave and asking me a bunch of questions about a project. I delayed him enough that one of those pancaked sections of the Cypress Stucture? Came down on cars in front of him, not on him.
