I would almost rather be tortured than go through a performance evaluation, so I put them off and put them off until they *are* a form of torture. Mine was forced upon me today. I feel lighter having done it (and it isn't just all the running to the bathroom and being ill this morning). It's done. YAY! After it goes through my Big Boss on Monday, assuming he gives it his approval, I'll get a 2.5% raise. Huh. Cool!
